Professional Stations:
Annic actively trained in athletics with the STB for 12 years, five of which were in the performance group focusing on 400m and 400m hurdles. Her participation in the club championships, Swiss championships, and the European Cup in Portugal taught her a lot about handling pressure and time management in elite sports. Through her sports studies and her work as a coach in tennis and athletics, she has been able to immerse herself in various sports and has particularly dealt with the transition from youth competitive sports to active elite sports.
Philosophy:
Through her extensive work with children and young people, Annic understands the challenging transition of young athletes into competitive sports. It is important to her to accompany the youth on this journey and to work particularly on their strengths and resources at a mental level. Furthermore, her solid theoretical training and practical experience help her to support young athletes in their entry into elite sports in building a strong mindset and, alongside tactical and technical progress, to unleash their full potential on a mental level.
